Two minority single mothers met as coworkers in healthcare, sharing the same clear vision, make testing simple and help people get back to work quickly. That shared purpose brought us together as business partners and created Collection & Screening Associates, a trusted health testing and training facility in Greensboro. Today, we combine clinical training with lived experience so every client, employer, and family receives friendly, efficient care that truly fits real life.
Our leadership team brings years of hands-on experience as medical assistants and nationally certified phlebotomists, supported by DOT drug and alcohol testing credentials and CPR and First Aid instructor certification. That background shapes everything we do, from accurate chain-of-custody drug collections to gentle blood draws and practical training classes. We speak the language of clinics and employers, yet we explain each step in plain words so every client feels informed, respected, and prepared.
We designed our testing and training around the realities of our community, people working shifts, parents balancing childcare, individuals without easy transportation, and small businesses needing fast, onsite support. Mobile collections, flexible scheduling, and a family-friendly office allow us to meet people where they are physically and emotionally. We also mentor aspiring collection business owners, sharing what we have learned so they can create income, serve their neighborhoods, and expand access to dependable testing.
